On 4/20 in the year 2013 Teton High School Junior class chose to hold their Prom at Moose Creek Ranch an Event Venue in Victor Idaho.

The experienced is described below:

The theme for the night was “Foot Loose” so the farm/ranch setting was perfect.  We even had a yellow slug bug to park at the door.

The size of the room was perfect for our students.  At the peak point in the evening everyone had plenty of room to dance the night away.  The wood stove in the corner kept students warm who may not have dressed properly for the sub freezing temps we had on prom night.

This was the first year I have not had one student complain about where prom was.  All that went had nothing but fantastic things to say about their experience.

We look forward to working with the ranch for future school related activities.

Thanks again and it was a splendid location for a dance.

From the Ranch’s prospective we could not have enjoyed hosting the prom more. We feel like this is what the Ranch shines so well with Community Events and Travelers , Weddings, Reunions – We are blessed to share the property with folks.

Teton Science School of Jackson Hole , Wyoming partnered with the Teton Valley Community School here in Victor, Idaho blew the barn door off with a successful Fund Raising Benefit. They rolled into the Ranch and rolled out the red carpet to many Jackson Hole , Wyoming and Teton Valley Idaho residents. Many came dressed the part and had fun doing so. I saw lots of boots, skirts and hats for sure. Don’t worry I will show you some of the fun in a further post as well as on our Face Book page.

There was so many useful and generous silent auction items. From parties for kids, babysitting,  get away adventures for parents, photography sessions, paintings – the list goes on and on. The band –  Ben Winship and friends played and folks danced into the late hours of the night.  The food – Bill Boney and Dining In Catering, Grand Teton Brewing with beverages, MD Nursery donated flowers. A true community outpouring of donations.

If the teachings at the school are as organized as this benefit I want to enroll.

Moose Creek Ranch looks forward to many more community events being held in the Barn and Lodge !
