The extensive trail system around Moose Creek Ranch is perfect for mountain biking access during the summer and fall. With new trails built every year, Teton Valley is truly becoming a destination for mountain biking. Rent a mountain bike or bring your own—and don’t forget to ask us about our favorite trails!

ROCK CLIMBING:

FISHING:

Fly fishing in eastern Idaho and western Wyoming is world class. With a wide variety of creeks, rivers and lakes, you won’t be bored here. The stocked pond located nearby (stocked by the State of Idaho), will help you hone your technique, and prepare you for a guided adventure with one of the many great fishing outfitters in the area.

The Teton River runs right through the heart of the valley. Hire a guide to row you to the best spots. Or, jump over Pine Creek Pass and spend a day or two on the South Fork of the Snake River.

EVENTS

Never a dull moment thanks to music, movies, and rodeos all season

MUSIC FESTIVALS:

Grand Targhee hosts two weekend-long music festivals that draw crowds from all over. Camp out, stay at one of the resorts lodges, or stay in the town of Driggs. The American Targhee Fest takes place in mid-July and the Bluegrass Festival is in August. Get your tickets early!

MUSIC ON MAIN:

For two months every summer, the Teton Valley Foundation puts on free concerts every Thursday evening in the middle of downtown Victor Idaho. Everyone from the valley comes out for these fun concerts. You’ll find food, beer, and a kid’s corner as well.

SPUD DRIVE-IN:

Don’t miss a chance to roll up to an old fashioned drive-in movie theater in the heart of Teton Valley. Feature films start when the sun drops over the horizon. An all-American grill with milkshakes, burgers, and tater tots is on-site to serve movie-time munchies.

RODEO:

The rodeo grounds in Driggs, ID are little known but feature perhaps the most amazing backdrop in the world. Check the local papers for event schedules.
